Our vision for sustainable agriculture is about way more than “do no harm.”
Soft squash, as it’s sometimes called, is entirely edible—skin, seeds and flesh. Characterized by firm, white flesh that’s mild in flavor, squash are extremely versatile. Raw, cooked, sweet, or savory, they’re a healthy addition to any meal.

Wilson Produce is a family business, and we think of our team as one big family. We help each other, we want the best for one another, and we truly care about the wellbeing of our workers and their families. That’s why we’ve implemented programs like our “Full Bellies” initiative, providing a bag of healthy, nutritious groceries (not just squash, either) for our employees to take home to their families.
